The help desk that clears things up.

Clarity turns every email and help request into one calm, organized queue, with AI that sorts, summarizes and drafts a kind first reply. Your team reviews it, sends it, and gets people back to work.

An example ticket in Clarity. A stressed email about a VPN error arrives, and Clarity marks it urgent, files it under network, notes the customer is stressed, sets a 14-minute first-reply target, writes a one-line summary, suggests a knowledge base article and drafts a warm reply for an agent to review.

From "help!" to handled

Every request follows the same clear path, so nothing slips and nobody has to ask where things stand.

  1. It arrives

Someone emails your support address or fills in your help center form. Either way it lands in one queue, with their past requests attached.

  2. It gets sorted

Clarity reads it the moment it arrives and sets priority, category and mood, with a one-line summary for whoever picks it up.

  3. Someone answers

An agent reviews a reply drafted from your own articles, makes it theirs and sends it. The customer can answer straight from their inbox.

  4. The answer sticks

Good answers live in your knowledge base, and the help center offers them to the next person before they have to ask.

A workspace that stays calm on busy days

The conversation, the customer, the clock and a second pair of hands, all on one screen. The queue updates live, so nobody works from a stale list.

  • Collision alerts

See who else is on a ticket and when they start typing, so two people never answer the same question.

  • Response targets

Each priority gets first-reply and resolution targets. Tickets at risk turn amber well before they breach.

  • AI summaries

Long threads open with a short summary, so a handover takes seconds instead of a scroll.

  • Saved replies

Answer the common questions in one click, then add the personal touch before you send.

Also in every workspace: internal notes, tags, assignment, team roles, and six plain statuses from New and Open to Pending, On hold, Solved and Closed.

Help that feels like help

The people you support get a help center with your name on it. It answers first, asks second, and always says what happens next.

  • Answers while they type

As someone describes the problem, matching articles appear, and plenty of people fix it on the spot.

  • Always know where things stand

An emailed sign-in link shows every request and its status. There's no password to remember.

  • Reply from anywhere

Customers answer from their inbox or the help center, and it all lands in the same thread.

  • One quick question at the end

When a ticket is solved, people rate it good or bad and can leave a comment for your team.

Quick everywhere, because it runs everywhere

Clarity is built entirely on Cloudflare's global network. The app runs close to your team and to the people asking for help, every connection is encrypted, and each organization's data is kept to itself.

AI runs on Cloudflare's own network too, so ticket text is never handed to an outside AI company.

Questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Write to hello@clarity.arcticleaf.com and a person will reply.

How does email work?

Every organization gets its own Clarity address. Forward your support mailbox to it and each new email becomes a ticket. Replies go out from Clarity, and when the customer answers, it threads back into the same ticket.

Do I need to change my support address?

No. Keep the address your people already know, like help@yourcompany.com, and set up forwarding in your email provider. It takes a few minutes.

Does the AI send replies on its own?

No. Clarity drafts and a person decides. Every drafted reply waits for an agent to review, edit and send it. Triage suggestions can be changed with a click.

Can I move over from my current help desk?

Automatic import isn't available yet. Talk to us about moving from your current tool and we'll help you plan the switch.

How many agents can I add?

As many as your team needs on Starter, Growth and Enterprise. A trial includes up to 10 agents. Customers and help center visitors never count as agents.

What happens when the trial ends?

Choose Starter or Growth to keep going. If you don't, your tickets and articles stay readable, but new work pauses until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted.

Where is my data stored?

On Cloudflare. Tickets, customers and articles live in D1 and attachments in R2. Every connection is encrypted, and your organization's data is kept separate from everyone else's.
